We want to give you as much flexibility as you’d like to make your day yours! You can choose your own caterers/ music/ booze (no corkage!) etc but let us know if you’d like recommendations.

Package 1 - Venue Hire Only £3,500

This option allows you to source your own marquee and includes:

- Use of Stocklands Lake for your wedding day plus two days either side for set up and take down. The lake also has a jetty, small beach area, ‘love island’ and a miniature ‘wishing’ waterfall next to a beautiful babbling stream.

- Access to electricity and drinking water

- Use of our rowing boat and paddle boards (extra insurance may be required)

- Camp fire and logs

- Country cottage for 3 nights (see below for more information)

- Standard toilets

Package 2 - Frame or Capri Marquee £5,500

Venue hire (Package 1) plus a Frame or Capri Marquee for up to 80 guests (please let us know if you’d like a quote for more guests). This includes delivery and construction of the marquee, top table, standard round tables, chairs, a dance floor, matting and uplighting.

Package 3 - Petal Marquee £6,500

Venue hire (Package 1) plus a beautiful Petal Marquee for up to 120 guests (please let us know if you’d like a quote for more or less guests). This includes delivery and construction of the marquee, top table, standard round tables, chairs, a dance floor, matting and uplighting.

Package 4 - Sailcloth Marquee £8,000

Venue hire (Package 1) plus a stunning Sailcloth Marquee for up to 120 guests (please let us know if you’d like a quote for more or less guests). This includes delivery and construction of the marquee, top table, standard round tables, chairs, a dance floor, matting and uplighting.

Package 5 - Tipi £10,000

Venue hire (Package 1) plus a boho three-top Tipi for up to 120 guests (please let us know if you’d like a quote for more or less guests). This includes delivery and construction of the marquee, top table, standard round tables, chairs, a dance floor, matting and uplighting.

This option also includes our posh cabin loos.

Our little Country Cottage overlooks the lake and is a perfect base for your wedding. The cottage is small but perfectly formed and contains one double room, one twin room, plus a pull out double bed in the living room (as well as bathroom and kitchen of course!).

Use of the cottage for 3 nights is included within the Venue Package. If you would like to use the cottage for longer then we charge an extra £100/night.

Camping is welcome and we charge £10 tent per night. You can hire a shower cabin for £100 + VAT or a block of 4 showers for £550 + VAT.

Extra nights available at the Cottage for £100/night.

Upgrade toilets to posh cabin loos for £450 + VAT (recommended)

We also have some optional extras available you may like to use:

- Tiki Bar, £50

- 5x whisky barrels, £10 per barrel

- 6x hardwood apple crates, £3 per crate

- 8x straw bales for seating or decoration, £3 per bale

- 6x 2m trestle tables, £5 per table

- 20x silver birch slices for table decorations, £10

- 7x deck chairs for beach or general seating, £8 per chair

- Colourful windmills and beach decorations (no cost - please ask for more information).

We are conveniently located just off the main road between Braunton and Ilfracombe.

Parking is limited so we advise your guests to car share/shuttle wherever possible.

There is a car park with a 10-car capacity, plus parking along the hedgerows and on the grass for around 20 additional cars (although fewer if it is wet).

As we are in the middle of the countryside we recommend your guests to pre-book taxis.
